At Haute Bags Atlanta, we recognize the importance of getting what you've paid for. That's why we want to ensure your satisfaction from purchase to delivery. Our return policy is simple and transparent. 

Return Guidelines For Online Purchases:

Buy with confidence! Haute Bags Atlanta guarantees that all of our merchandise is 100% authentic. We will gladly refund 100% of the purchase price of any item that is proven to be inauthentic. Refunds will only be granted for issues related to authenticity or if the item is significantly not as described. 

Returns must be requested within 7 days of the delivery date and must include: 

*An email requesting return sent to info@hautebagsatl.com stating the reason for the return.  

*A written statement or other documentation from an authentification company or manufacturer on the company's official letter head certifying that the item is not authentic.

*The item must be in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

*All tags must still be attached to the bag, and all accessories (dust bags, boxes, authenticity cards/ certificates, etc) must be returned along with the returned merchandise.

*Returned merchandise will be subject to the following restocking fees: 

$25- items priced below $500  

$50-items priced between $500 and $4999

$100-items priced $5000 and above

Return Shipping: We advise you to insure your returned items when shipping them back, as Haute Bags Atlanta will not be responsible for lost or damaged return packages. 

Once the item has been received and inspected, your refund will be issued in the form of a store credit. This credit will reflect the restocking fees listed above. Failing to return all accessories will result in additional deductions from your refund. Please note that original shipping and insurance charges are not refundable. Please allow up to 10 days from the date we receive your return to inspect it and process your credit.

Items purchased online and picked up in-store are not eligible for return. We encourage you to read the product descriptions and inspect our merchandise carefully prior to making your purchase. You are welcome to walk in or schedule an appointment to shop in-person. 

In-store purchases are considered final sale, and are not eligible for return.  While we pride ourselves on being able to offer genuine luxury items at substantial savings,  it is important to remember that our inventory consists of pre-owned merchandise.  Every effort is made to represent each item's condition accurately through the pictures and descriptions, and we recommend you closely examine both prior to making your purchase. Should you receive an item that you believe differs from its description or is inauthentic, please contact us at info@hautebagsatl.com within 7 days of purchase.
